Please be advised that the County of Peterborough has received a complete application for a plan of subdivision and a plan of condominium for a property located on Pigeon Lake in the geographic township of Harvey, Municipality of Trent Lakes. The purpose of the application is for a 16 lot residential subdivision and 6 common elements blocks consisting of open space area, an internal road, a shoreland open space area and two docking areas.A zoning by-law amendment to the Trent Lakes Comprehensive Zoning By-law will also be required. Notification will be circulated to property owners within 120 metres of the subject lands once a complete application is received by the Municipality. An Official Plan Amendment is not required for this proposal.
